superior customer service

I would like to compliment, the following staff from Edgars midlands mall branch: Marlini, Senzo and Andile(kiddies dept) and Thabi (cellphone counter) for their Excellent customer service. Their willingness to assist me is highly appreciated. I approached Marlini (store mgr) for assistance and she referred me to Senzo who was very helpful. Also Andile from the Kiddies dept, Both went the extra mile, beyond their duty. They are very humble, patient, and understanding. I was also assisted by Thabi on the cellphone counter and also was courteous, willing to assist. They make shopping very convenient. All of them are knowledgeable. I Wish other staff can display such customer service qualities and meet the needs of the customers.
