Super Premium Service from a Super Premium Manager
\Always give people more than what they expect to get". That is exactly the kind of customer service I received from the Manager in the Cellphone department in Sandton City. My phone was damaged and I had claimed from insurance. I had gone to Sandton to go get my new handset where I was initially advised that I cannot get the same make and model of the phone as they no longer stock it"
