Super employee

<p>Unfortunately I had to go shopping on Black Friday, against my will..</p> <p>I bought a phone at Edgars and the guy behind the till /mobile kiosk was amazing. Despite dozens of grumpy, agitated people saying how angry they were because of waiting etc etc, this guy (Loyd) just kept his cool, remained polite, and helped customer after customer at the fastest speed possible. He kept to all protocol and didn't get phased by the chaos. He also spoke to every customer in their own language. I would have lost it long before! Well done Loyd. Loyd needs a raise for being the most professional sales assistant/shop assistant I have ever come across.</p>
