Super bad service at Edgars

I over paid my Edagrs account and now Edgars is giving me the run around when it comes to giving me my refund. I logded my request for a refund last week Wednesday and a week later no one from Edgars as contacted me, on Tuesday I went to the store and was told I would be contacted before the end of business but that has not happened yet. Edgars customer care services is beyond bad, mind you I have a loyal customer of Edgars for 26 years and this is how I'm mistreated.
