Subscriptions added without permission

My account was paid off, just to receive a sms to say I must pay my account ASAP. Now after i paid I get a new statement that shows an airtime/data subscription of R78 as well as a sms subscription of R49 added on my account without my knowledge. How can Edgars just add subscriptions on my account? As far as I know that is *******! I want these subscriptions reversed as well as a reimbur*****t for the money taken from me!
