STUCK
<p>Good day am stuck with a Debt I dont even know went to one of the financial institutions requesting for finance and to my suprise I have a Debt with edgars that I dont even and its in arrears.</p> <p> </p> <p>Went to edgars to ask about this and they told me that they dont know how to log a complaint I must go to another branch as they didnt receive training and that is just unprofessional also am stuck with this and no one is able to assist me. The branch is Edgars active in Khayelitsha Mall cape town</p>

30 May 2017, 15:27Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention .As per our discussion based on your ID number there is an account that was opened in 2015.This account is handed over and blocked .Kindly fill in a dispute account claim form in store with an affidavit for this account number *** and once the dispute department have completed the investigations feedback will then be provided to you regarding the ITC update .
