Struggling with claim.

I went in to Edgars Store in Rustenburg CBD to claim as I have a funeral, but to my surprise nothing has been done and I'm being sent from pillar to post and no one is saying anything about giving me heads-up with regards to my claim.

I'm so frustrated at the moment.
