Struggling to open an account
I have been struggling to open an account since 2014. I tried edgars in the beginning of this year and still don't know what is going on. We are in August already!! To explain, i need to open an account for credit purposes so i filled out a form and gave them my bank statements and a payslip, this was in April. Still don't know what is going on. If their reason for not wanting to give me an account is because of my salary then i must ask why they are willing to give students accounts??? If another silly excuse will be of not seeing any stable payments monthly then i will highlight the payments i make each month for my son's school and activities. I am so unsatisfied with the lack of service received from them. This is pathetic, really.<br> PS if anyone knows of a store who is less full of nonsense and more into helping customers, please let me know. Thanks
