Struggling to close my account

I really think that Edgars is not even one star rating worth. Since September I have been struggling to close my account. Every time there is a problem. First the Edgars club was still active. I had to cancel that myself after I informed them I wanted to close my account. Then there was a late payment. On the 27/11/20 I again paid a settling amount. December I got another statement that I owe R30.44. The lady said that it takes 30 days to close an account. It has been more than a month and still the account is active
