Struggling to Close an account.

I have been trying to close my account since September. I went to two different stores and I was told to call Rcs. When I call the number they keep transferring me from one person to another. Now the account has R60 service fees that I need to pay and I don't know for what because I am no longer using the account and all I need right now is to close the damn account. I won't even pay the R60 because it's not my fault they don't want to close the stupid account. Is it by force to have an account. I DON'T NEED YOUR ACCOUNT ANYMORE. CLOSE IT
