STRANGE ENTRIES ON MY ACCOUNT
Your reply ref ***/GO. Please URGENTLY arrange for a refund of the erroneous deductions of<br> R19.99 X 2 X 11MONTHS that came from my account from January 2015. I did not give you consent to deduct this money. So please correct your error and refund me ASAP.<br> Also who gave you instructions to remove my 4th cell phone insurance wef 1/11/2015. The deduction came off in October and suddenly stopped in November.<br> I am really not satisfied with the outcome of your investigation please do a thorough investigation and provide me with proper feedback include the refund due plus interest that accrued in your account over the 11 months.<br> You have absolutely no right to add and remove from my account without my permission. This is a serious offence and I will take the matter up if not properly resolved by Thursday 10/12/2015<br>
