Store Injury
While shopping at the above store, I was injured, due to the negligence of Edgars.<br> <br> Immediately after the incident occurred, 2 staff members & the first aid lady came to attend too me (they even gave me sugar water). They then assisted me out of the store & into the store manager's car.<br> The store manager then drove me to the emergency department of the nearest hospital & we exchanged numbers.<br> Thereafter, I had to submit a claim to Edgars & shortly afterwards, they refunded me my medical costs as well as compensation for the injury.<br> While waiting for my claim to be settled, the store manager made regular contact with me regarding the process of this claim.<br> <br> A very unfortunate incident, but an excellent response from Edgars.<br> <br> Thank you to Mr Vido Xako, the 2 staff members & the first aid lady for their assistance.
