Hi ,

I have wrote several mails and complaints and atill no answer after 2 months. I bought a bottle of Bvlgari Lazulia 100ml 2 months ago at Baywest Mall imagine my surprise when I finished my last bottle of Amerena to open the Lazulia to find it was almost empty.

So I went back to the shop only to find that I "used" it myself. Even though I showed then the wrapper I opened that morning. This is Terrible service and absurd. I am a single mother and bought this perfume woth birthday money and saved up for it. R4500 MOERTOE. MOOI MAN
