Stop looking for my dead mother!

You NEED to stop phoning my father and asking to speak to my dead mother!!!!! This is extremely traumatic and frustrating!!!! We have settled the account, cancelled it and cut up the cards but he still gets a call almost daily!!! We've even complained on twitter. This must STOP!!!
