stone harbour jeans torn and Nike tekkies cracked

hi, I bought 3 jeans about 3 or 4 months ago and then another one end of sept,,, all of them were torn either between the legs and at the back seam. they are not tight fitting jeans as it is for my husband but I think they were cut on the wrong thread that's why they all tear. <br> <br> I bought Nike tekkies also Dec 2014 and they cracked at the bottom soles,,paying R800. for tekkies I expect to wear them longer than a couple of months. I did complain at Edgars Kolonade about the tekkies earlier and they said theres nothing they can do about it,, that is not acceptable at all. When I read about the other jean problems on Hello Peter I decided to complain here and see if I can have replacements even though its a couple of months now because I did go to Kolonade Edgars when I got the problem but they just blew me off. The jeans were about R300 each and with the tekkies it means I threw about R2000 down the drain because its not usable. Please advise.
