still waiting for my order

i placed my order ***) on the 13th May 2020 for delivery at edgars n1 city Goodwood. i called your call center on the 2th June 2020 to find out how far my order is and i was told it was picked and packed ready for delivery ,after not receiving any collection notification i called again on the 4th June 2020 to find out how far my order is as it as surpass the 3weeks delivery period as stated on your website .i spoke to Sibosiso and he told me my order was cancelled and couldn't give me a reason why and told me i will have to wait another week to recived my refund so edgars have had my money for a whole month just laying around in their bank account .im extremelty disappointed at the way you guys are handling your online store wasting customers time and money.i will never ever shop online by edgars again won't advise any of my friends or family to try edgars online horrible experience .
