Still *****ing money!!!!!!

I logged a HelloPeter complaint a month or so ago where I complained being charged for an Airtime Subscription for the past few years that I never asked for and have been struggling to remove, they promise its removed and then it still reflects on my statement every month, Edgars contacted me and told me that it would be rectified on my new statement, what a disappointment... They cant even do maths, so let me help you, you added a credit for R438, and then did a debt adjustment again for R407.71, then the airtime subscription IS STILL THERE!!!!!!! so actually there is no credit??????????????? I still paid R42.71 for the Airtime subscription this month? I went back onto my statements, the earliest I could find was November 2015, and guess what the damn airtime subscription is there, so I have been struggling with this for more than 4 years and 9 months??? so if you take 4 years and 9 months, that equals 57 months..... R43 per month for 57 months is R4161 that Edgars stole. I am so fed up with this, don't you have accountants? why must I do the math for you?? What about all the interest in my R73 per month subscription??? This is bull****, please credit the correct amount and close my account, I would rather make my own clothes, or wear plastic bags, than spend another cent at Edgars. If this is not sorted out within the next week, I will be going to the papers and talking to a lawyer.
