STILL No feedback

We tried contacting you 04:20 PM but we couldn't reach you.
Please be advised we have liaised with the accounts department and they have advised that the payment cannot be traced with the proof of payment given, they therefore require the proof of transaction and it should have the letter head from the bank, with the information used to make a payment. We apologise for the overall experience.
