Still have not received my cellphone!!!!!!

I'm very disappointed at the level of service received form Edgar's Mall of the South. I purchase a cell phone A13 on the 11.09.22. Unfortunately the cell speaker was not clear ...I returned the cellphone and was told I will receive a call when the phone has been repaired or replaced...I was really not happy with the repair option as I just purchased a faulty phone..I expected to leave the store with new cellphone ... I was told to wait 21 days . In the following week I received a sms from Mtn saying my cellphone is on the way to the store ,the next day I receive a call from the store the cellphone returned was not my cellphone..what pathetic service. A week later i called the head office of Edgar's JUST TO FIND OUT THAT MTN IS DOING AN INVESTIGATIONS ON THE WRONG PHONE THAT WAS RETURNED....HOW IS THIS MY PROBLEM..I IAM LEFT FELLING AS IF A I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE WAlKING INTO EDGAR'S AND BUYING MYSELF A MTN CELLPHONE I WANT MY MONEY BACK MTN AND EDGAR'S Merchant Id:*** Receipt Number:***
