Still Awaiting Feedback

I still have not received any feedback from Edgars re my complaint. I received three calls on Friday, but every time I took the calls the call is dropped on their side. I then decided to phone the number back *** - and the call was answered as Edgars RCS. I informed the lady that I have been receiving calls but every time I answer the call is dropped on their side. She confirmed my details upon which I requested to phone me back in order to get feedback re my Hellopeter complaint. Well it is Sunday, 24.4.2022, 14:44 and I am still waiting for the agent to revert back to me. This is truly an insult in regards to Customer Service. Are they not aware of FICA or even TCF. I will not recommend this retailer to any person. I have been receiving contradicting information throughout my complaint and still waiting for feedback. Pathetic indeed. I
