*****ing Monthly,
This people keep on adding monthly subscriptions on your account with out your approval. In my eyes that's *****ing, i have called the how many times and they never do any thing, nor remove them and never refund me.<br> <br> Its come to such a point that there is every month almost R100 that i pay extra for these subscriptions. And if you call there call center they people say they will open a case and it will be refunded, this never happens.<br> <br> And then you ask the who added the subscription, and they will say that it is a different company charges ???? Would like to see where is signed an agreement to allow them to give my details to the other people they claiming to be adding this stuff on my account !! <br> <br> I would advise all clients to have a look at there account statements and look at what your paying for because they are absolutely pathetic, would like to find out where there CUSTOMER SERVICE is because i dont think this exist within there company !!!!

It is with great displeasure to hear that you were enrolled for Financial Services without your consent. That is certainly not the type of service that indicates our standards. Financial services are not enforced on our customers, thus the accounts department will investigate and revert with feedback.
The Funeral policy has been cancelled and a reversal has been processed. The RMCS department will cancel and reverse the amount debited.
