*****ing from people by sneaking in extra charges for NO reason

Does not even deserve any stars. This is the 3rd time that Edgars/RCS have sneaked in charges on my account (4th if you count the fact that they added the Edgars Club magazine each month without my consent). I have emailed them 3 times about this - each time saying "O error on our side", or I am on a 12 month plan (But I have NEVER in my almost 20 years of being a client ask for a 12 month option. I Always pay More than my monthly installment as well. My problem is not only that they sneak these extras in on peoples accounts, but I also NEVER see that the extra charges get reversed, after saying they will. This is plain *****ing and nothing more. All your call Centre staff is good at, is asking 6 "verification questions" nothing more,

This has also happened to a colleague of mine and I see a lot of people on Hello Peter is complaining about this. This is theft and nothing more!! If this is not resolved within the next week, I will take this to the media to bring it under everyone's attention how you have been *****ing from people!
