Stay away from this shop and store card, inaccurate statements and demands

They will report your account to credit bureau even though you are paying it every month. And regardless of how much is outstanding till your pay day they will send you letters and get their agents to call you nonstop so that they can add it to your account and make you pay more money.

I pay my account every month without fail, however every month I receive calls and letters demanding that i pay more money than my usual monthly installment. I paid last month and was told R140.00 is still outstanding, 10 days later i am receiving a letter telling me my account was handed over and i now owe R543.00. This happens every single month. When you ask their agents for clarity they have no explanation whatsoever , all they do is cream at you and demand money.
