Statment not received
For the past 4 months I have not received my statement- club magazine- and birthday gift voucher been to customer care @ gateway store on the 6 Jan 15 phoned the relevant dept assured me that problem sorted out up to date have not received anything been to the store on the 16/04 spoke to line manager Siabonga he will give me feed back phoned him on sat 18/04 no feed back will give me feed back on Monday 20/04 still waiting. Edgars is charging me club fee and no club magazine will fight that
