Statements not being sent

I requested for my March Statement on the 16 March 2021 I got a response on the 20 May 2021 requesting me to send in my card number. In the email I have sent them I provided my name,& email which should be enough information to bring up my account as I receive marketing emails from this company but not my statements. I've escalated this to the store on the last 3 visits to the store . I have not been receiving any statement. This now delays me getting a March Statement which I have not received via email. And then I'll have to wait another 2 months to get a reply! I want all my statements from march until current. Is that so much to ask for?
