Statements being MMS'd
I have called in numerous times and logged a complaint before to request that my statement be posted to me and not be sent via MMS. Till now my statements are still being sent via MMS. it's really frustrating. Please sort this out.

We would like to apologise for the overall experience. Please be advised due to re-occurring postal strikes, plenty of customers were not receiving their statements hence it was opted for customers to receive their statements via MMS. However, we have activated the system so you may receive electronic statements via email. We apologise for the overall experience. The latest statement has been emailed to you.
