Statements

HI, its for the second time im complaining about EDGARS, following my last review, the items i ordered online were returned back,i was told that they will refund the money bank into my account i was fine with it. The problem now is that im not getting my statements, i dont remember the last time i got it, i called a couple of time, telling me that they will send ,even this morning i called and i was told i'll receive an email of my statement within an hour,its been three hours and nothing. i do not think that the money was credited back, because i am now paying more. simply means im paying for something i didnt get.
