Statement requested 2 weeks ago.. 2 calls later and still nothing. Edgars this is a big NoNo

I requested a 3 month statement from Edgars two weeks ago already. I called twice in the meantime to follow up and both times I was informed that they are busy with my request. Still no statement.. I need this to check why my installent has doubled eventhough the amount was still the same more ir less. Because they could not explain to me why this was, I requested the statements.
