Statement not sent

I was receiving my statements via SMS monthly but was unable to open the SMS.Last month I requested that my statement be emailed to me instead. I was informed that this would happen. <br> To date I have received no email. I had no idea what my monthly payment should be , so paid what I thought I should. Today, I received an SMS requesting payment.
