Statement balance a mess😡😡😡

I am literally so irritated with this company, when the heck will they up their services. I have been trying to get them to change my payment arrangements on my statements for two months now. They have allocated my balance to both budget and straight and I asked them to move my balance to one because the other balance was not moving and in fact increasing, so I asked them it's best I either pay that other balance or they move it and they agreed twice. But guess what when I check my statement it's still there. So what must happen when I'm done paying the budget balance I'll then start paying for the straight which will be at I don't know whatever enormous balance it will be at that time???😡😡
