Statement
I have called in to the call centre numerous times since feb 2015 to request that i receive my statements via post. Every month i receive it via MMS. I called in march and the lady i spoke to assured me that i will receive my statements via post. and to my surprise i still got it via MMS. I made another call in April to request i get it via post but still received it via MMS. i called on the 7th may and spoke to another lady that guaranteed i will get it via post. Yesterday i get a message and guess what it's a MMS with my statement. I'm so tired of calling in and wasting airtime to be told one thing and then it's not done. please Sort this out ASAP
