Staff is great

I went to Edgars today with a friend who wanted to buy a watch. The line at the jewellery department was very long, with people buying clothes. I asked the lady at the till if she could assist us, which she did after finishing with the customer she was busy with. We then decided to buy the watch and she proceeded to help us at the till. While she was busy the customers in line started complaining. We tried to explain to them that we are in the jewellery dept, obviously if I'm buying a watch I need to be assisted first. I could see the lady was very uncomfortable, but I expected nothing less of her than to help me before people paying for clothes, there are other tills they could have used. So I would like you to please encourage your staff to keep up the good work, and tell them to not let idiots discourage them. There will always be rude people satisfied with nothing, but I would like you to know that good service still get recognised. The staff at Welkom Edgars are always friendly and efficient, and they need to know that this gets noticed.
