Staff bad attitude

I bought an item at Edgar's in Hemingways however, I traveled to PE and went to Edgar's at Corkwood Mall in Uitehage on the 28th of December. I will never forget the horrible experience, I received from those ladies starting with the cashier that said if they do an exchange for me of refund it will be a loss for them as the item wasn't bought at their store. I said to her am not interested in hearing that, she went to her manager and another lady came with an attitude telling me they can't exchange but are willing to give 20% discount and retain that item. I told them, I don't want that item but need my refund, they refused and I ended up doing an exchange and had a R30 change that they didn't want to give and said, I must take something. Mind you they kept on saying, I don't have a proof of payment yet, I gave them the receipt number as the original slip was kept at Hemmingways as, I returned another item there. I have never received such a treatment at any Edgar's store. Those ladies had attitude and certainly did not give me a good customer service
