Southgate Edgars appalling customer service

While shopping at Edgar's Southgate mall(30 December 2022) we were asked to leave the store because the shop was now closed in a very condescending tone, take note they closed the store while we were already inside. The lady who was chasing me and other customers out was in the ladies section at the legit side at around 18:13, short, a bit skinny with short hair(no name tag) her exact words were 'sorry sesi valile ngicela niphume' , again take note that the store closed while we were already inside and then she continued to say ' Eish ama customer ayadina sifuna ukuhamba thina'. This is how Southgate Edgar's employees treat their customers...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the best Edgar's customer experience kindly visit the southgate mall.
