SO UPSET
I Bought a Verssed motion 1.1 tablet 4 months ago and was happy at first, Then the keyboerd stopped working but carried on using it non the less but then the phone just stopped dead in its tracks, did not wanna switch on and could not reset phone so gently said it just died, Still not upset took it to branch of Edgars in Kenilworth Centre where i was told by the assistant that it would be better if i took it back to the branch i bought it as they will exchange it, went home collected all the attachements and drove 20 min to Canal Walk only to be told a completely different story that i will have to wait 8 weeks ( THATS 2 MONTHS ) for my phone to be repaired, Oh nd i had to fill in the paper work myself as the assistant as to busy or just pre occupied then he just got up and left and handed me over to another person to complete whatever i did not fill in and give me copies of the paperwork that i filled in ( The assistant that was self obsessed oh And his name was JUNAID thanx for great service while the floor manager was not even available. Thank you for bringing the above concerns to our attention.
Please be advised as per terms and condition of the purchased mode.
The handset has 7 days guarantee period and up to 12 months warranty. This means that if you experience any technical difficulties with the phone it can be returned to the store for further assessments and can be exchanged with a new one should there be any technical faults found.
However after 7 days the guarantee lapses and the store can only act as a facilitation point only (This means that the store can assist with booking the phone for repairs). The phone may take up to 6-8weeks at the repair centre, this means that it can be delivered back to store with fault technical report confirming their findings. If the fault id determines to be a factory faulty the unit will be replaced.
