Sneaky tactics in setting up cell contracts
A few months ago, Edgars invited me to opt onto an airtime top-up service linked to my clothing account with them.

Unbeknown to me, Edgars then passed my telephone number to another company named The Postpaid Company - which in turn set up a Vodacom contract in their name on my cell number.
Then the new people changed my cell billing address to theirs - as a consequence, I cannot see what sort of fees are being charged against my account.

When I found out, I called numerous times both Edgars and The Postpaid Company to cancel the contract and return to prepaid.

Each time I got a call reference number (the last one, ***, was on March 07 2015 - with promise of feedback within 48h - which I am still waiting for).

***
the post paid company
RMCS DEPT ***
***
