SNEAKY EDGARS
I opened an edgars account in June 2015. I used it to purchase goods. I paid the entire outstanding balance by July 2015. I received an account statement for September 2015 with a 4 insurance products that I do not need or have requested nor have agreed to. These were added to my account without my permission!<br> <br> This is ridiculous! - I called to cancel this and have them reverse off my account only to be put on hold indefinitely by a rude call centre agent.<br> I can only imagine all the poor people that get duped by this sneaky and pathetic means of ******ion.<br> Is this not a contravention of the consumer protection act!!<br> I want these charges reverse and this account close immediately - I will ensure that I never shop at Edgars again!!!
