Slower service would imply no service

Terrible service and a rude sales consultant. It took me 30min to collect a parcel I bought from Edgar's online (even though it was already paid for and there was no queue).

The staff were not properly trained on the 'click and collect' process, so not the sales consultant or the admin assistant manager could assist. The only sales lady at the tills that knew how to help was not really eager or willing to assist (even though my baby started crying at that stage). Really disappointed and it was a bad experience.
