<p>My frustration with dealing with Edgars is beyond the wait for the day I am able to cut my card up!</p> <p>It has taken me months of speaking with *********** staff whom is not able to spell all my details. I need a monthly statement so that I am able to move forward with the process of paying my account.</p> <p>How am I able to pay something I have no access to seeing!! I need to take this further somehow, to get someone at Edgars to just send me my statement already!!!!! I have been told it will be sent, I have been calling day in and day out and still nothing! This has seriously blown my mind at this pathetic service! My last statement I received was JULY 2014! Is this the service?! </p>
