Sloppy service,unprofessional

I have been requesting for a statement from Edgars using these email addresses:***;edg*******;***;***,since May the 26th.According to the bureau I owe Edgars R 2100, I have made payments of R1200 ,1st R 750,R250 and R250 and an agent by the name of Lerato called me this morning @08:11 blabbering on in my ear about a payment arrangement. Send me a the statement reflecting the outstanding balance of debt , which your company bought from Edgars ,I need to see that balance, together with the payments made thus far. Don't tell me I owe R 1450,without offering me a settlement discount. Because according to me I owe R 900 based on the bureau report. Get back to me with a settlement amount accompanied by a letter stipulating the settlement offer and your promise to send me a paid up letter within 24 hours after the money cleared.
