Size problem.
I bought a two pairs of vans on black Friday. Upon getting home and trying to put the one pair on I realised that they are different sizes. One is a 9 and the other 10. This obviously wont work. I wouldn’t be able to wear them. No matter how hard i try its impossible.
Now i want to exchange this pair. There is no shoes left. Then i took another pair. Now im forced to queue. The queue is at the back of the store. How is this fair towards me - a customer that was wronged as result of your error!?
The supervisor then advises me ever so unhelpfully to get in the back of the queue.
But no matter. I will get this sorted out. One way or another.

I really do hope that this type of customer service can rub off on some of the other retail stores.
