Since RCS took over Edgars it been hell

Since RCS took over Edgar's it has been hell dealing with Edgar's, firstly I haven't been receiving my statements it been a year now I use to receive my statements via email everymonth, next my details change from Miss to Mr. I have called and emailed but still to date no change. I can't keep paying for something that I don't know what iam paying for. Yet I receive promotional emails from them.. Can this be sorted out can I be contacted regarding this matter
