Since 2017 nothing was done about this compliant. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY INSURANCE ON THIS ACCOUNT

• Paid insurance now my account is handed over to a lawyer Annemarie D | 29 Jan 2018, 11:17 Last year I was declared permanently unfit for work by a doctor, I handed in all the necessary documents at Highveld Mall in Witbank, Lydia from accounts helped me. I followed up with her on a regular basis and she told me head office is busy with my case. Today I got a phone call from a lawyer that I must pay my account, WHAT IS THE REASON FOR PAYING THE INSURANCE?????. I did not have any problems with any of my other debtors, wherever I had insurance they settled the account. Can I please get this resolved as soon as possible.
