SHOCKINGLY POOR SERVICE AT EDGARS

It shocking how Edgar's standards have deteriorated. I am not to concerned about the quality of clothes and other goods. However, the customer service is disgusting to say the least. Staff and management at has no regard for customers in any way or form, I specifically refer to the Blue Route and Canal Walk Store. Furthermore, their phone lines are not functional. I have been trying for more than a week to get through. Eventually, I called the mall management. Funny how both stories are the same at both Mall's " The manager says the lines are always busy because of customers calling in. What happened to customer call management ??? I need somebody at Blue Route to call me asap for an outstanding issue . Thank you and much appreciated
