SHOCKING SERVICES!
<p>Found a pair of trainers i like on you Edgars Active website, and can only get them instore. I went to my closes store, and they were sold out. Then one of the gents working there told me to go to edgars, they have it. walk there and guess what, nothing. Went back and ask them to see which store do have sizes. Only to be told they cant look it up cause they dont have the shoe codes! The manager took my details to find them for me. He was sick for 2 days after that. I got hol of the customer care on Tuesday, and still waiting on a call back. I spoke to someone(s)( who ever they might be) on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday< and did not ven get back to me today, about locating the trainers.</p> <p> </p> <p>So, if i go into any other store like Sport scene, totalsports, Markhams, Truworths etc, if that store dont have it, they can find it for me in less that a few seconds. But to wait 5 days for a reply on shoes is ridiculious. I even ask them to send me the emails of all the Edgards Active stores that i can email them myself, and do the work for EDCON/EDGARS ACTIVE. So tell me, as a customer, am i suppose to do the work for Edgars Active to locate the trainers myself, and then when i do, go in and pay for them? How does it work???</p> <p> </p> <p>Im very sure, that to get hold of all your stores from your side cant be that difficult for such a big company. Why advertise someting on your website if in no ways its possible to find the product!!!!</p>

21 Jul 2017, 10:40Well well well, for 5 days thats what im trying to do! For 5days im trying to lodate those trainers with thay SKU number. But in your whole company, for 5 days nothing has happened. I think its false advertising and very bad service!!!! I know you need a 8 digit code, buu im very sure me as a customer cant find that code for you to locate them. Not sure why yoj gave me the customer care number again, because last time i phoned, they took my number and said they would call back. That was 4days ago!!!!

Secondly, if you dont know the 8 digit number of your shoes you advertise, how on earth must i know the 8digit number????
I think its very shocking that no one knows the codes for these shoes. But you advertise it?!?!?! Today its already 9 days and still im no one knows.
