Shocking service when trying to close an account!

How does one close your Edgars account??? I have been into the store as advised and made final payment (which was intrest and other fess's) and 2 months down the line it is still open and i still incur charges. I have emailed the email address ***, called the call centre and account is still open with charges going through - which i am no longer liable for.

Will someone please contact me in order for us to have this matter resolved as a matter of urgency.
