SHOCKING SERVICE FROM EDGARS!

Pathetic service from Aciyah Gasfur - doesnt even know her manager surname. All I got was Niresh. Shocking service from this consultant who has no idea how the systems work, 0 out of 10 rating for customer service. Gives me a lame excuse of systems being migrated- not her problem but payment is due. Can I please get someone competent to get this resolved as this is negatively impacting my scorecard rating.
