Shocking Service at the Liberty Midlands Mall

There were four tills, only one was manned which was busy with someone trying to pay off an account - which was taking VERY long and there were three tellers standing behind another till point doing absolutely nothing. All three of them were talking to each other and laughing and looking at me as I waited 20 minutes for someone to eventually come out of no where and open a till. I was furious - worst service EVER! If I didn’t desperately need the item for my wedding I would have walked out - will never ever go back.
