Shocking service
After selecting goods at cosmetic section I was sent to the jewellery section to pay. After waiting several minutes without anyone serving behind the till the security pointed that we try the other available tills which resulted us from being sent backwards and forwards. At the 5th till being sent away again, I dropped the goods well worth over R1 000.00 rand on the counter and left the store. They will definitely not see me shopping there again!
