Shocking service
I bought a pair of mens Guess Jeans on the buy one get two promotion. Purchase was made 31 May 2015. I have tried to exchange for a bigger size at various stores, all out of stock. I went to Lakeside mall Friday 12th June and after over an hour wait was told i could return for a credit or exchange 1 pair that was found in Bethlehem. 30 day exchange policy but unable to exchange it???? What happens tafter the 30 days when it is not my fault there is no stock???? I have 2 pairs why would i only want to exchange 1. I also will only get a credit for 1 pair when i have two! Why have a promotion if you cannot exchange? Linda the store manager took my details and would call me back, i have still heard nothing... Shocking service and completely unhappy with the way this has been dealt with. Linda was uninterested in the fact that i have 2 pairs and want 2 pairs exchnaged. the fact that it was bought on promotion should not affect an exchange.
